The APC-200 potato store controller is designed for small refrigerated stores and for ambient stores. It offers many of the functions of its big brother series 3000 control, but not the defrost on demand or digital compressor control.
The APC-200 Controller is specifically designed and manufactured by Stealth Electronics to preserve potato crops in ideal conditions. The APC-200 is a stand-alone environment controller capable of providing high quality reliable storage conditions through making the necessary decisions to operate fans and louvres. The APC-200 Controller is designed to take the stress and strain out of potato storage management.
The system consists of multiple robust Crop Temperature Sensors together with Duct and Ambient Sensors. Data feedback from these provides the necessary information for Controller modulation of the air intakes to provide efficient and accurate regulation of the store environment. Performance has been perfected through many years of experience with constant updating of the control program and equipment specification.
System flexibility is assured with varying lengths of quick release crop sensor. Adjustable frost settings protect against any adverse conditions that may threaten damage to the potatoes and internal fan re-circulation of the closed store is available as standard. Control can be selected to operate on peak or average crop readings and the APC-200 includes internal bit switch settings to allow for the adjustment of damper pulse settings making it suitable for all ranges of louvre motor. CO2 flushing programs are included as standard.
APC-200 Controllers can be programmed to provide timed data downloads to an optional 80-column printer essential for data logging and analysis of storage conditions. This controller can also be connected to the Stealth Computer network systems and connected to the web.
